Liberty Consulting combines and harnesses the complementary expertise of experts in business development, sales and support services for organisations in the technology sector. Our business was established in recognition of a pressing need amongst such organisations based outside Europe, to successfully establish a presence here whilst avoiding the potential cultural, financial and logistical pitfalls of doing so.
Against a successful track record of establishing sales and marketing for many businesses in Europe, our fully outsourced sales and marketing model will make it easy for you to accelerate market entry at a fraction of the cost, effort and risk of 'going it alone'. This is supported by the provision - if you require it - of a range of support services that enable your European subsidiary to be up and running and ready for business from day one.
Clearly, we'll require familiarity with your proposition, business model and objectives before we submit a detailed, costed proposal. Up front, we'll ensure that you've chosen a market that can actually yield results, and tell you if we believe that isn't the case.
Once operating on your behalf, we'll act as part of your organisation, requiring only the very necessary day-to-day involvement from you and providing weekly reporting via your dedicated single point of contact - a senior and highly experienced member of our team.
Many organisations attempting to establish a European presence have wasted untold time and resource by going in 'blind' to a very different scenario from that they're used to. The financial implications of such pitfalls can be considerable. With Liberty Consulting, our fee model is based on a viable and predictable monthly cost and realistic commission structure.

Providing a holistic view of sales and marketing is rare in the technology world. However, Nigel has had bottom up and top down management experience in sales and marketing in the technology sector and has built a wealth of corporate company knowledge from his roles at multi-national firms such as Andrew and Harris Corporation. Prior to the formation of Liberty Consulting, Nigel led an international sales team at Altos Advisors - a consultancy specialising in the support of early stage companies - helping to establish a European footprint.
Whilst assisting start-ups to enter the European market to compete against larger entrenched competition, Nigel identified that complementary services were key to localising, positioning and increasing awareness of vendors' brands for business success. For Liberty Consulting, Nigel brings a synergy between sales and marketing and is happy to roll up his sleeves and get involved. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Communications Engineering and an MBA.
